IVF MORE® was developed in collaboration with Dr. Shoukhrat Mitalipov, a renowned scientist and professor in Oregon.
The technique is currently in the process of publication in high-impact scientific journals and has been successfully applied in over 40 patients, resulting in more than 19 babies born thanks to this technology.
With IVF MORE®, the future of fertility has changed. More women now have the possibility of becoming pregnant with their own eggs, without the need for egg donation.
Pioneer in Reproductive Biotechnology
Dr. Shoukhrat Mitalipov is a distinguished scientist and university professor in Oregon, specializing in cell biology and developmental genetics. Throughout his career, his research has focused on mitochondrial function and its role in reproduction, achieving groundbreaking advances in genetic micromanipulation techniques.
He is recognized internationally in mitochondrial transfer and has pioneered treatments to prevent hereditary genetic diseases. His work has been published in some of the most prestigious scientific journals in the world.
As part of his research line, Dr. Mitalipov contributed to the development of IVF MORE®, integrating his expertise in oocyte metabolism, cytoplasm, and cellular restoration. He is also currently exploring new techniques to generate human gametes from skin cells.

IVF MORE® is not just an in vitro fertilization procedure; it is the result of years of research in reproductive biotechnology, molecular biology, and advanced micromanipulation. The Origin of MORE®
IVF MORE® was developed to provide a real scientific solution for patients who previously faced only one option: egg donation. Over the years, advances in in vitro fertilization have improved embryo selection and treatment efficiency, but egg quality remained a challenge with no effective solution.
With the support of Ingenes, Regenera, and Dr. Shoukhrat Mitalipov, we focused on finding a way to revitalize low-quality eggs without compromising their genetic material. Thus, IVF MORE® was born, a technique that restores the cellular functionality of eggs before fertilization, optimizing their division capacity and reducing the risk of genetic abnormalities.
Scientific Principles Behind IVF MORE®
The development of IVF MORE® is based on a combination of advanced technologies that work at the cellular and metabolic level to improve egg quality:
1. Oocyte Metabolic Diagnosis
Mitochondria (the cell’s “powerhouses”) are analyzed for ATP, NADPH, and other key molecules that indicate the egg’s energy-generating capacity. The egg’s energy status is evaluated, and if a deficit is detected, metabolic restoration is performed.
2. Fertilization with Optimal Sperm Selection
Techniques such as microfluidics and Hyaluronan adhesion are used to select the most competent sperm. The PICSI technique is applied to ensure that only the sperm with the highest fertilization potential fertilizes the restored eggs.
3. Oocyte Restoration with Advanced Micromanipulation
Through intracellular infusion, mitochondrial metabolic factors are incorporated for optimal development. The oocyte cytoskeleton is reorganized, optimizing internal fiber alignment to promote proper cell division. This step requires highly specialized equipment designed for IVF MORE®, enabling advanced, tightly controlled micromanipulation techniques for the best results.
4.Embryo Culture in Magnetic Fields
Exposure to magnetic fields has been shown to reduce oxidative stress in embryos, optimize gene expression, and improve cellular organization. This allows for more stable embryo development, favoring the formation of viable blastocysts with a lower risk of chromosomal abnormalities. Magnetic fields promote proper cell division in the embryo.

- Oocyte restoration triples the likelihood of obtaining viable embryos in women with low ovarian quality.
- The risk of chromosomal abnormalities in embryos is reduced by up to 70%, making it comparable to levels observed in donor eggs.
The combination of MORE® with techniques such as Non-Invasive PGT-A allows for a more precise selection of embryos without compromising their viability.
